Executive Chef/Owner Jaime Alderete was able to make his longtime dream a reality along with his wife, Edwarda, on July 1999.
Jaime has worked in the restaurant industry since he was 18. Starting in the front of the house as a busser. His culinary talents and impeccable palate were quickly realized, when he started working in the pantry preparing salads. With great guidance and training from top chefs between San Francisco and Sacramento he was soon able to run his own kitchen and eventually opened restaurant.
